How to Order

Ordering

  1. All orders are placed on the Internet at our online store.
  2. Simply browse or search our catalogue for the products you wish to purchase.
  3. Once found enter the quantity required or use the + or - buttons to change the quantity required.
  4. Click the "Add to cart" button on the items page.
  5. Add any additional items the same way from their item pages.
  6. When you have finished making your selection you can check your cart or select check out. The links for this can be found towards the top right of your screen.
  7. You can make adjustments to your order.
  8. Move to the Checkout.
  9. Next you can elect to register for ease of repeat purchasing and tracking orders.
  10. Checkout covers your details including delivery address.
  11. Select the correct shipping option.
  12. At Payment you select the payment method and complete credit card details if required. Online payment with your credit card is secure.
  13. The order is completed with an online confirmation and an automated email confirming Decorating Heaven has received your order. If you do not receive this you may have used an incorrect email address or your mail has been put in a spam box. Please check your junk and spam mail and contact us if you cannot find the emailed confirmation.
  14. You are able to check your order status online 24 hours a day.
  15. We confirm by email when orders have been shipped.
  16. For special orders or if we need to update you on your order situation, stock availability, items currently out of stock, shipping information or other matters related to your order, you will be contacted via email or occasionally by telephone.
